Dina Shamsian's practice covers a wide spectrum of real estate law including commercial and residential acquisitions and sales, lending and finance transactions, and retail and office space leasing. Ms. Shamsian has successfully represented sellers and purchasers, developers, investors, lenders, borrowers, landlords and tenants. She works closely with her clients to understand their particular needs and the issues they face, and she provides the expertise to solve those issues prior to closing.
